Update Of My Progress

- Vent my anger by hitting the floor or hitting myself

- Always babbling around

- Loves playing the 'Paper Trash' game on Mummy's phone

- Mummy test me on my body parts that day, and I got all correct!

- I can say Tyler (sounds like it anyway)

- Will sometimes take the phone and pretend I'm making a call

- Loves to wear cap or any other accessories..

- Loves Elmo and Mickey mouse!

- Hates sleeping time!

3 more months to my birthday, looking forward? You bet!!

Mummy is racking her brains over my invitations, so once its out, will let you all know the details alright? This year its just gonna be a nice and cosy celebration for me, no chalet and all! But I think I still will be enjoying it, all the food, cakes, candles and toys, how not to love? *bleah*

1st Picnic

Mummy and Daddy had a sudden idea to go picnic on Sunday. So they started preparing the food to bring there the day before. But then, on Sunday morning, it rained!!

Even so, our mood is not dampen, and we still decided to go ahead with our plans!

On the way heading to Pasir Ris Beach..

Surprisingly, we are not the only crazy people around. Cause there are some other people who also go there for picnic or for some school activities.

Starving when we reached there, we settled down to our lunch...

Fried Beehoon, Hotdogs, Sausages, Bacon Banana, etc... My Mummy and Daddy is too free...

I love my Daddy and Mummy.

WHY??

I love Daddy because he's the only one who plays game with me!!!

Boys are boys, and this is something Mummy don't do!!

But well, I love Mummy lots too. Not because she takes care of me, play with me, bring me out. But because she likes to take pictures with me!!

I'm into photo taking too now.. haha

Most importantly, I love them because they are who they are and they love me!!

I'm so blessed, isn't it?

Daddy loves his games, and so do I!!

Went for lunch at Macdonalds'!! Daddy didn't buy the Happy Meal for me, cause seriously 4 pieces of nuggets won't be enough for me!! So, I had a Fillet-O-Fish meal and changed my drink to Apple Juice!!

After cycling, we headed over to Kallang. Plan was to have our dinner, then watch movie. Remember Daddy said before he's gonna bring me to watch 'Despicable Me'??

And I surprised Mummy again because I was concentrated on the show throughout!! Well, it was really very nice! I have good taste ok? Wonder did I get it from Mummy, cause Mummy's top favourite activity is watching movies, even when I was inside Mummy's tummy, she was always watching movies too.. hmmm...

Meal of the day: Stir Fried Thick Vermicelli

A delicious, fast and easy to cook recipe. Mummy forgot where she got the recipe from but here's a rough guide.

1. Fry garlic until slightly browish.

2. Add fish (ngoh he) and a little bit of water, Simmer till fish is cooked.

3. Add thick vermicelli. If too dry add a little bit more water.

4. Cook till noodle is soft, add a dash of pepper and you're ready to serve!!

You can add some vegetables if you like, just add in before the fish.

BBQ at East Coast Park

Great Grandma they all suddenly planned for a BBQ outing at East Coast Park. Since Mummy and I got nothing to do, and Daddy needs to work, so we went along!

Lots of people kite flying there, see so many kites in the sky!

Mummy went all the way to rent a bicycle, since we are at East Coast, might as well do some cycling! But I kinda suspect its purely becos Mummy wants to exercise and cycle... Anyway, we cycled back to return the bicycle before going back home. And I fell asleep along the journey!!

I've finally had my injection!! Was having a fever 2nd day after injection..

Well, food just cures me from all pain.. haha

We waited for Godma Enling to come and went to get Godma Joy's stuff cause she's bringing Janelle for a trip to KL for 2 weeks plus! *sobs*

Hope they have a nice stay over there and be back soon, I MISSED THEM!!

Godma Joy and Janelle left early, cause Janelle has just recently took her jab and was having a fever. So left Mummy, Godma Enling and me to walk around for a little while more. And we ended up in the ladies taking pics!!

Can't help it when you have a mum who loves snapping away...

And we headed home after that, and had supper nearby our house. Being good friends with my Mummy, they have the same interest too, that is, taking pics!!

My 1st Movie

Supposing to be a day out of cycling with Mummy and Daddy, but they woke up late!! So end up, we went out around evening, dinner with aunt..

Their serving of porridge is so little!! Its only 1 and 1/2 bowls of those small bowls. Had to end up munching other stuff to make myself full!

After dinner, Daddy had to go to work, and Aunt have to go back home. So left only me and Mummy. Since it was a Sunday, Mummy didn't want me to spend my Sunday so boringly at home, so she brought me for movie!!

Daddy was kinda worried cause I had been very short tempered lately, but Mummy says, "If because we're afraid he'll cry and don't bring him to try, how will we ever know maybe he won't?"

*Claps* for my beloved mother (that's why I love her so much!)

Had a round of car before entering the cinema..

I made Mummy so proud, cause I didn't fuss at all!! And I manage to stay awake for the whole show too. By the way, we went to watch 'Toys Story 3"! Just that well, I may be a little noisy though. Almost after every commercial, I will keep telling Mummy 'no more', and some babblings in between and towards the end I was getting restless already, so I was screaming away playing with Mummy.

But besides all that, we survived!! With 2 breads, 1 pack of milk and some cookies...

Maybe I should ask Mummy to bring more next time?

Anyway, Daddy says if I'm ok to watch movie, then they'll bring me to watch another one soon! *happy*

By the way, got a new haircut by Mummy..

I'm well enough to go out with Mummy!! How do I look??

With my lovely mummy...

And we met up with Godma Enling and Uncle Peter. We went to Waraku for lunch, and there's this nice jie jie sitting at the table next to us, and she gave me a toy car!! After lunch, I took my nap, while Mummy they all went for some shopping. When I woke up, we were at Starbucks!

After my dinner, Mummy they all brought me to the little playground to play!

And they even had a Doraemon show there...

Doraemon is so cute, and so short and plump standing next to the other characters...

This is so nice!! Even Mummy who don't like the almond taste also like it a lot. And its good if you are feeling heaty too..

The other day, Mummy bought this for me to try, and it was nice!!

Usually I don't take can stuff, cause Mummy cook everything from scratch for me, but she have her lazy times, so this is a good alternative when you want to relax a bit!!

You can cook macaroni or pasta and just heat up the sauce and pour over, Mummy loves it too!! I'm drooling thinking of it... hahah...

My 1st Trip To The Zoo

Lots of pics taken on our zoo trip, that's why it took so long for me to do a post on it. We had the zoo trip because it was Grandpa's birthday and also because I've never been to the zoo!

Just in case you are thinking of taking a trip there, admission is $18 and no fees for kids under 3 years old. Photo taking with the animals or feeding them generally will cost you about $5. We actually had a picture taken when we went in, but Mummy haven't upload it yet, so I'll ask Mummy to post it up the next time. And that picture is so expensive, cost about $20 for 1 picture.

I was so tired, I fell asleep just as we were leaving the zoo. And we went back home, as Mummy they all took a bath and a rest, and I slept some more before heading out at night for dinner to celebrate Grandpa's birthday!

Just in case you wanna know, we ate at Changi Village, at the coffee shop near to the Changi Village Hotel.

End of dinner, we even headed to Changi Beach for a little walk and then home, cause we were all so tired!

Last but not least, this may be a little late, but I wish Grandpa had an enjoyable birthday and wish him great health, Tyler loves you!!

Meal of the day - Beetroot Soup

Beetroot helps to lower cholesterol and blood pressure. Its high fiber content also helps when it comes to constipation! It keeps the heart and liver in good condition and also can help to increase your stamina!! It has lots of folic acid too, so aunties who are just pregnant or planning for a baby can have it too!!

So many benefits, its no wonder Mummy wants to cook the soup for me!! Although it may look a little scary, cause its bloody red colour, but its really tasty!!

Went to Ikea with Mummy and Aunt that day, to get my table!! Enjoyed playing around Ikea..

Finally now I can have somewhere to colour, instead of everytime sitting on the floor! And its so useful, Mummy can also used it to do her things too!! And its only $20+!!!

My lunch of the day - Stir Fried Noodle

And its so good, I had to eat it bit by bit...

The other day, Mummy needs to do something urgently so she left me with an apple, unpeeled, watching TV in the living room. When she got back to take a look a me, I had chewed off chunks on the apple!!!

Which was amazing cause I haven't really bit a whole apple before.. Big achievement though.. haha..

Dinner Time with Mummy and Daddy, Daddy had a craving for steamboat, so off we went to Golden Mile to eat the steamboat there, cause according to reviews, ITS GOOD!!

Practising Self Feeding

Mummy has been making me sleep earlier nowadays, reason being, I'm beginning to wake up at 7am everyday! So to ensure that I have sufficient sleep, I'll have to sleep earlier. Or else next time you'll be seeing Panda Tyler.

I've been learning how to take off and put on my pants, although not very successful yet. And learning how to feed myself too!!

And its really super messy!!

I wasn't eating on my own yet, still need Mummy to guide the spoon to my mouth. But well, practice makes perfect!! Only downside is that, there's always a huge mess to clear after my meal, haha..

Its gonna be SUNDAY tomorrow!!

And I love sundays, basically cause I got to spend the day with Mummy and Daddy. And I get to go out!! Wonder where will we go tomorrow?? Let's hope the weather is good, cause if it rains then its hard to go any outdoor places.

By the way, my blog is undergoing a revamp, so meanwhile, bear with the changes ok? Have to find time out to do it despite my packed schedule that Mummy had set for me..

Trip To Science Center

Remember my last post I said we were gonna go Zoo? Well, last minute Daddy got things to do, and it'll be quite late already, so we didn't manage to go. Instead, we went Science Center!!

We went for lunch first before going there. Had chicken rice + dumplings and I ate a lot! Finished almost 3/4 of the rice, plus 3-4 dumplings, Mummy says I'm such a big eater, hahaa...

After the short visit, we went on for our dinner at Macdonalds!!

And I had my first happy meal!! (plus fillet burger cause 4 nuggets is not going to be enough for me..)

Ticket was quite cheap, only $10 per adult, I don't have to pay cause I'm below 3yrs old! They also have this Pixar Exhibition going on, think its already $20 for the adult ticket? Including Science Center trip of course. And they have this wet playground, but Mummy didnt bring any towels or swimming trunks for me, so I can't play. Overall its quite interesting, but maybe if we had more time to explore will be better, cause seriously 1 item can entertain me for 1/2 hr!!

After our dinner, we went for a little drive! See me relaxing myself and enjoying the wind in my hair..

And we settled down at Mount Faber...

I'm 17 months!!

UPDATES

- Occasional eat outside food when Mummy brings me out.

- Put my hand on my head to say sorry.

- Bend my knees to say thank you.

- Knows how to fake cry and bang my head to gain people's sympathy

- Shakes around the moment I hear music

- Runs to Mummy the moment I hear vacuum sound.

- Don't like to cover blanket!

- Loves phone, toys, and everything else! I'm a curious baby..

- Can use a fork

- Pronounce 'Hello' sometimes when I use the phone, although it sounds more like 'ha o'

- Knows where is my tongue, eyelash, leg and hand.

Mummy is still checking up on which playgroup or classes to send me to, she's even considering whether to do it at home, cause the classes are not cheap! Probably get some other babies to join us, do some art, sing songs, dance around, have some fun and interact with each other while learning new things!

Got bitten by mosquitoes that day, got lots of bites on my body!! And 3 on my cheek somemore, so obvious! Hopefully it heals soon.. And, I fell down again!! Like 1 hr ago.. Look so terrible now, with all the bite mark and bruise on my head.. I'm gonna be 17 months in a couple of days time, so watch out for my updates post!!

Daddy and Mummy's late dinner, steamboat!! Grandma needs to go out, so they brought me along!!

And that's Guocheng gor gor carrying me, my part time nanny!!

I'm feeling better now, still got a bit of phlegm, but I'm on my way to full recovery!! Its been 2 weeks since I went Great Grandma's place and I'm starting to miss her and Phedra! Hope I get well asap, then I can go over and play!!

Of course, then Mummy could bring me out too, I miss swimming!!

I'm sick!

Fever again, and Mummy even had to bring me to KK hospital yesterday night cause my fever was 39 degrees!

Although I'm sick, but I'm still active and cheerful as usual..

Trip to see doctor was very fast, we were out of the hospital in about half an hour! Probably because I'm the only kid there that has fever, haha.. Had my medicines as per schedule, and I'm a bit better today!!

Mummy bought a new thermometer for me!!

Previously I was using the normal thermometer, need to put at my armpit to take temperature. But nowadays I can't really keep still, and somemore for the thermometer you need to wait quite some time. So Mummy bought a new one for me!

There was actually 2 choices, Braun Thermoscan and this. But the Braun one actually cost $130! And this cost about $94.

Yes, my mummy is very stingy.

But well, let's see how this one works out, currently its not bad, can take temperature by ear or forehead and also show you the room temperature. And they even gave a free pouch!
